CANCELLATION POLICY

Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

First of all, thank you for your order! If you do not like the items you ordered in the CocoVero online shop, if they do not fit or for any other reason, you can exercise your statutory right of cancellation within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to dispatch the return consignment in good time.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange for a different size or colour: in this case, you can simply place a new order.

For logistical reasons, items ordered in our online shop cannot be returned to our store in Munich city centre.

Please return the items to us in their original condition. In the event of deterioration of the returned items, for example due to soiling or damage, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return and, if necessary, to claim compensation within the framework of the statutory provisions.

In the event of a complete return of your order, the costs for the return shipment and processing shall be borne by the buyer.

The return costs include the shipping label for the return shipment and the processing of the return shipment. If you keep at least one item from your order, the return costs will be waived.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (CocoVero GmbH, Adalbertstr. 35, 80799 München, Deutschland, Tel.: +49 89 89083700, E-Mail: [email protected]) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments that we have received from you (with the exception of delivery costs) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.

Returns must be sent to the following address in all cases: ITG GmbH, CocoVero Retouren, Eichenstraße 11, 85445 Schwaig/Oberding Germany.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality
