All orders are shipped by DHL

We charge a flat rate for shipping depending on the delivery area: this covers both the shipping costs and the handling fee for your order.

• Express shipping (Only avaiable in Germany) 15,99€

• EU 12,95€

Shipping costs will not be refunded in the event of a return.

Returns

Firstly, thank you for your order!

If you don't like the items you ordered in the CocoVero online shop, if they don't fit or for any other reason, you can exercise your statutory right of cancellation within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to dispatch the return shipment in good time.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange for a different size or colour: in this case, you can simply place a new order.

For logistical reasons, items ordered in our online shop cannot be returned to our store in Munich city centre.

Please return the items to us in their original condition. In the event of deterioration of the returned items - for example, due to soiling or damage - we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return and, if necessary, to claim compensation within the framework of the statutory provisions.

In the case of a complete return of your order, the costs for the return shipment and processing are borne by the buyer.
