Shipping
We charge a flat rate for shipping depending on the delivery area: this covers both the shipping costs and the processing fee for your order. In the event of a return, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. You can check the current status of your delivery with DHL at any time using the shipment number contained in the email.
Our shipping time is 2-4 working days within Germany, 2-5 working days to Austria and 3-7 working days to all other countries.
VShipping and collection of online orders from our store in Munich city center is unfortunately not possible for logistical reasons.
Express shipping
Express delivery is only possible from Monday to Friday until 12:00 noon for orders within Germany. Delivery takes place on the following working day. Express shipments are not delivered on Saturdays. Shipping costs of €15.99 apply for express delivery.
In the event of a return, the costs for express delivery will not be refunded.
Packing stations
To ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, please note that your order cannot be delivered to a packing station.

Special notes on shipping abroad
For deliveries abroad, customs duties, taxes and fees may be incurred which are not included in the total price shown. The amount of the fees depends on the value of the goods and may vary accordingly. Any fees incurred are to be borne by the customer in all cases.

PayPal
When paying with PayPal, you will be forwarded directly to PayPal at the end of the order process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and make the payment.
If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can register as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
Please note that you are agreeing to PayPal's terms and conditions and thus accepting PayPal's processes.
Klarna
Klarna is one of the world's leading payment providers and a licensed bank that offers secure and flexible payment options. You can manage your payment with Klarna directly in the Klarna app. If you need help with your payment or have further questions about Klarna, please contact Klarna's customer service.
Pay Later (purchase on account)
With Klarna Pay Later you have the option to try on your order at home and then only pay for the items you want to keep up to 30 days later.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Klarna with information on how and where to pay.
Pay Now (instant bank transfer)
First select your country and then choose the bank that should carry out the transfer. You will be automatically redirected to the secure payment page and log in with your online banking details. You must then enter a TAN for confirmation. The information is transmitted in encrypted form.
Slice it (installment purchase)
If you split your payment into installments, you can spread your costs over up to 24 months and adjust your payment plan directly with Klarna. You will receive further information about your payment from Klarna after your purchase.

If you don't like your order, it doesn't fit or you don't like it for any other reason, you can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reason
The period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the return shipment in good time. An exchange for a different size or color is unfortunately not possible: in this case you can simply place a new order.
For logistical reasons, items ordered in our online store cannot be returned to our store in Munich city center.

Please return the items to us in their original condition. If the returned items have deteriorated, for example due to soiling or damage, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return and, if necessary, to claim compensation within the scope of the statutory provisions.
In the event of a complete return of your order, the costs for shipping and processing shall be borne by the buyer.

The return costs include the shipping label for the return shipment and the processing of the return shipment. If you keep at least one item from your order, the return costs will be waived.
The outward shipping costs will not be refunded in the event of a return.
Once we have received your return, we will check your return. The refund will be made automatically to the payment method you originally selected.
Please note that it may take up to 14 days for us to confirm your return and process your refund.
Once we have received your order, it will be processed directly by our logistics partner.
It is therefore unfortunately not possible to change or cancel your order at a later date.

Due to the high demand before the Oktoberfest, it is unfortunately not possible to book individual appointments between July and October.
Of course, you can come by on any day during our opening hours and our store team will be happy to help you and advise you personally.

The best way to find out about the current availability of our products is to ask the respective retailers directly.
Have you fallen head over heels in love with a dirndl, but your size is already sold out? Then sign up for our Back in Stock notification by e-mail. That way you'll be the first to know when your size is available again.
Our collections are produced in small, exclusive quantities and we do not normally plan to re-produce our dirndls. We therefore recommend that you don't wait too long to place your order if you particularly like one of our designs.
Women
To ensure your dirndl fits properly and there are no unsightly creases, it should fit well at the bodice. If you are between two sizes, we therefore always recommend the smaller size.
Our size chart will help you to determine your correct size for our dirndls. As every figure is individual, all our CocoVero dirndls are designed to be alteration-friendly and can be made 1-2 sizes larger or smaller thanks to sufficient seam allowances in the bodice.
Our dirndl blouses tend to run large, so we recommend ordering one size smaller if in doubt.

Men
When buying your leather trousers, you should make sure that they fit as snugly as possible. As leather is a natural product, it adapts to your body when you wear it and widens by up to one dress size. Our size chart will help you to find the right size for our lederhosen.

The leather for our leather pants is chamois tanned: this means that the tanning process takes up to three months and is much more complex than chrome tanning and requires far more experience and dedication from the tanner.
Only natural products are used, resulting in a particularly soft leather. Chamois-tanned leather is also breathable, temperature-regulating (warm in winter and cool in summer), durable and acquires a particularly beautiful patina when worn.
Our shirts, vests and jackets for men are slim fit: this means that the designs for men are characterized by a figure-hugging cut. You can use our size chart to find the right size for you.

Are you pregnant and planning a wedding in traditional costume? No problem! All CocoVero dirndls with button placket can be customized to fit your baby bump, so you'll be spoilt for choice! Each maternity dirndl is unique and is individually fitted to your baby bump in our store in Munich.
The cost of the fitting and the raising of the waist is individual and depends on the amount of work involved, further alterations to the bust and straps are made if necessary.
After pregnancy, the dirndl can easily be altered again
The alterations to the maternity dirndl take around 14 days. Alternatively, an express alteration is also possible by arrangement for an additional charge.
All our designs have care instructions on the label and you can also find them in the item description in our online store. If you are unsure about how to clean an item, our customer service team will be happy to help you.
Dirndl
Our dirndls are made from very fine materials such as velvet, linen and cotton and are elaborately handcrafted. Care therefore requires special care in order to preserve the quality and material. We therefore recommend that your CocoVero dirndl is only cleaned professionally.
Be careful with shoulder bags, especially with chain straps and rough surfaces, e.g. made of raffia: these can cause damage to the fabric due to friction on the bodice, skirt and apron.
Rough surfaces can also damage the skirt fabric when seated and cause pilling: an electric lint shaver usually helps to remove the small nodules.
Leather trousers
Small stains can be removed with a leather eraser or a leather brush with soft rubber bristles.
Be careful with water: too much water or water that is too warm makes the leather stiff.
A special leather agent should first be tested on an invisible area before use. A soft sponge and curd soap can also remove stains from leather: a little soft soap mixed in ensures that the leather retains its grease content.
The best way to remove cigarette smells and any other mustiness is to let the leather trousers air out for as long as possible. However, be careful not to air out the leather trousers in damp rooms or in a humid environment: Moisture can cause mold.
Vomit or red wine stains are the worst-case scenario for any pair of leather trousers: these stains become permanently embedded in the leather. In this case, only a tanner can save the leather trousers.
